Partial Payment Policy

Our payment practice:

Our strategy is dependent on being able to ship full containers so having certainty of your order is critical.

How Partial Payment Works:

We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of your order.  That deposit in refundable for 72 hours after the order is placed.  

Order Confirmation

• Your order is confirmed only after the initial payment is successful.
  

Delivery Process

• When you receive your item:

  • Inspect your package before paying the due amount.

  • Refuse delivery if the package is damaged/tampered.j
    

  • We will charge your credit card for the final 50% when delivery is complete

Cancellations & Refunds

• Initial Payment: Non-refundable after 72 hours 
  

• Balance Due Amount Paid Online:

• Fully refundable if canceled before shipping.

• Non-refundable if canceled after shipping (return shipping fees apply).

• Failed Deliveries:

• After 2 attempts, the order is canceled. Initial payment is forfeited
