The IYT0750A is part of Manitowoc's Indigo NXT series, featuring state-of-the-art intelligent diagnostics that provide 24-hour preventative maintenance and diagnostic feedback for trouble-free operation. Compared to previous Indigo models, global warming potential is reduced by as much as 48%, and the unit is up to 43% more energy efficient — meaningfully lowering the total cost of ownership over the life of the machine.
The easyTouch® display offers 13 language options, date/time stamping, automatic reminder and alert icons, one-touch asset information, and one-touch cleaning with on-screen instructions. Programmable ice production makes it straightforward to schedule the machine off during certain hours of the day to save on fluctuating electrical rates, or to set a daily production volume target to avoid waste during slower periods.
Active Sense hardware and software work in conjunction with the acoustical ice sensing probe, ensuring consistent ice harvest across all environmental conditions — improving both reliability and performance. The space-saving DuraTech™ exterior features a hard, clear-coat layer over an aluminum alloy surface that resists corrosion, fingerprints, and scratches, and is easy to wipe clean.
A hinged front door swings out for easy access to the removable water trough, distribution tube, curtain, and sensing probes for fast, efficient cleaning. Select components are made with Alpha-San antimicrobial material for superior sanitation. For additional protection, the optional LuminIce II Growth Inhibitor actively controls the growth of bacteria and yeast within the food zone, keeping the machine cleaner for longer, with a dedicated indicator in the display showing operational status.
